I must say, the coffee automats were a major letdown, absoluteley undrinkable. And to top it off, i expected a bath tub in my premium room but was left with a basic shower. I almost thought to leave a good review, but given the lack of any pampering, it was just too much to overlook.

Everything was excellent, had an incredible stay during business trip. The location of this hotel next to the city centre as well as the center '' pedestrian zone '' was good and perfect. It also was in a very good area.

The staff was poor.

Our stay was excellent, liked savoury and tasty breakfasts.

Got spacious and luxurious room with good Wi-Fi, very nice decoration, a sofa for relaxing work or business work - always come in handy. Hair dryers, shower caps, and bath sheets were available there. The hotel's location was good, just next door to Bulgaria, and the center '' pedestrian zone ''...

Good location, with free parking and nice yard. Clean rooms but with small bathroom. Definitelly it is a good 3star hotel - not 4 star as it was advertised through internet. The personel was friendly and the breakfast quite good and rich for its category.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy every bit of it. The restaurant is cozy, and we loved exploring the nearby attractions like the Ancient Theatre and the Main Street. Highly recommend!

We did find the bathroom floor a bit slippery which was concerning . Just be careful if you decide to visit the spa as it could use better maintenance.

New furniture in the room. Good staff at reception and at the restaurant

During my stay there were some renewal works, so some services not available. Restaurant not very good. Some smell of kitchen in the room. The bed was made up just with folded bed-clothes but not "ready to sleep".
